$20 million are being sued each Kim Kardashian and Scott for promoting a fake lottery scam.

According to TMZ, People who participated in the contest could probably win a hefty $100,000 cash prize, a three-night stay in Beverly Hills with first-class tickets to Los Angeles. Disick was the main organizer to set up the lottery with the Australian company, Cured Businesses.
The participants in the contest of the 2020 lottery claim that it was a scam and it was to sell their personal details to advertisers. According to the filing, “participants have been attacked by hundreds of advertisers with unwanted and potentially offensive content”.
The lottery was promoted on Instagram by Kim along with Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Kris Jenner, Gretchen Christine Rossi, Sofia Richie, and Christine Quinn. But Curated Businesses told to TMZ that they have paperwork to show since they have authentic winners.
In a Short of Just 20 Years, Oprah was handed out cars and cash. But the lawsuit says that “today’s entertainment big shots seem to care about making more money and living a lavish lifestyle by fooling their followers and fans”.
Kim and Diskick are the particular celebrities’ names in the lawsuit along with Curated Businesses.
